Holly Bea Adair is a creative who seeks to deepen knowledge, build community, and redefine ‘takeout’ through immersive dinners that support local makers, artisans, and purveyors. She collaborates closely with partners to source sustainable ingredients, hand crafted goods, and thoughtful packaging while marketing products with a social mission. With a keen eye for creativity, Holly leads with values at the forefront of her work.
Born and raised in northwest Mississippi, but now a Philadelphia, PA, resident, Holly has always believed in the power of food and meals as a connector. She is passionate about transforming our relationship with art, plants, soil, quality, taste, and the communities that sustain our food.
In addition to leading Central Stem, Holly is available for consulting on brand strategy and curating partner events, helping organizations connect with local makers, curate meaningful experiences, and build sustainable practices.
