Join us for an intimate summer dinner celebrating flavors straight from the farm and olive oil from the Tuscan hills.

On July 24, Chef Ian Knauer of Amara Kitchen & Tasting Room will transform peak-season produce from Roots to River Farm into a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, with each dish highlighting the richness of Bellemille Olive Oil and the debut of Bellemille Truffle Salt.

Our first collaboration, Pressed & Poured Happy Hour, sparked a desire to gather again—this time around the dinner table. Together, we're bringing a taste of Tuscany to Pennsylvania through seasonal ingredients, exceptional olive oil, and the joy of sharing a meal.

Guests will also enjoy a curated Central Stem pop-up featuring artisan goods connected to the evening's experience, along with the opportunity to shop Bellemille products to take home.
