Join us at Amara Kitchen & Tasting Room in New Hope, PA, for a dinner celebrating Alicia Kennedy and her latest book, On Eating - The Making & Unmaking of My Appetites.
In partnership with Chef Ian Knauer of Roots to River Farm, we are preparing a 3-course dinner inspired by the pages of On Eating. Your ticket includes the meal and a signed copy of the book. Alicia will be joining us to discuss the stories and flavors that inspired her work. Central Stem will be setting the table, and we’ll have a curated retail pop-up on-site to round out the evening.
