Bring a story of circular craft to your table. These cocktail napkins are made from BananaFibe™, a signature blend of banana plant fiber, eucalyptus, and cotton.

The Material

Terratela uses fabric born from agricultural waste. By sourcing banana stems from local farmers in India, their partners help reduce carbon emissions from burning and create new income streams for farming communities. The subtle, organic streaking in the weave is the unique "fingerprint" of the raw banana fiber.

The Color & Craft

Each piece is hand-dyed in small batches using upcycled onion skins collected from NYC restaurants. Red skins yield soft, earthy greens, while yellow skins create warm golden tones. To finish, each piece has hand drawn embroidery done in their NYC studio.

Care Instructions

Wash: Cold water only.

Dry: Line dry to preserve texture.

Note: Botanically dyed textiles are living colors that evolve over time. Use gentle, pH-neutral soap and avoid direct sunlight to maintain their depth.
